Introductory provisions

These terms of service govern the use of the EquiCourse online application, operated as a service for building and planning show jumping courses. By registering and using the service, the user agrees to these terms.

Subscriptions and payments

The service offers free basic access and paid Pro and Club subscriptions. Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways. The subscription renews automatically until the user cancels it. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.

By purchasing a subscription, you expressly agree that the digital content will be delivered immediately. As a result, you waive your right to withdraw from the contract within the standard 14-day period without giving a reason.

Liability and limitations

EquiCourse provides a tool for planning show jumping courses but is not responsible for the safety of any specific course construction at competitions or in training. The user is always responsible for verifying dimensions and safety.

Account termination

The user may request deletion of their account and all their data at any time by email at info@equicourse.eu. Data will be deleted within 30 days of receiving the request.

This service is operated by Vilém Pešek, with a registered office at Jaroslava Haška 831, Ledeč nad Sázavou, Czech Republic, ID: 29779677. The provider is a natural person registered in the Trade Register. The provider is a non-VAT payer in the Czech Republic and an identified person for cross-border transactions within the EU.
